You can publish information worldwide, with the help of the Google +1 button. Via the Google +1 button, you and the other users will receive personalized content from Google and its partners. To be able to use the Google +1 button, you need a public Google profile that is visible worldwide, which must contain at least the name that was selected for the profile.
